Healing Generational Trauma
Healing Generational Trauma
Healing Generational Trauma is an experiential journey into our multigenerational stories, memories, and family lineages. Through storytelling, embodied awareness, and collective exploration, we uncover patterns and insights that can help us understand our past in new ways.
We explore how ancestral experiences and adaptations may have shaped our beliefs, relationships, identities, and ways of responding to life. By bringing these stories into conscious awareness, we create space for new perspectives, greater compassion, and generational healing.
With intentional, embodied attunement, we connect with both conscious and innate aspects of our ancestral origins. Universal themes can emerge, revealing the ways our stories connect us to one another.
These gatherings create a safe, witnessing environment for collective healing. They also offer opportunities to reconnect with ancestral wisdom and deepen our sense of belonging and purpose.
Michael describes these experiences as “Soul Archaeology”—a process of exploring the layers of our past to discover the stories, wisdom, and meaning held within them.
